The best course of action, in regards to detoxification, is
to have testing done to find out what your individual body
needs nutritionally and how fast you can detoxify. We
frequently have people ask us how much of this formula
or that formula they should take. It is important that you
have testing done to determine what is right for your body.
Otherwise we will recommend what is right for the average
population. You may not necessarily fit into this average
population.
The best detox is a slow one. You should start slowly with
anything that you try. If you experience any negative effects
the detox is going too fast and you need to slow down and
either stop taking the detox formulas for a couple days or
reduce your dose.
